Overnight Stays
For out of town patients needing a place to stay during treatment, we have a discounted rate at an award-winning hotel, conveniently located across the street from our office. Enjoy all the amenities available, like indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary breakfast, free Wi-FI, and more.
Finances and Insurance
Insurance
We are a fee-for-service dental practice. This means that we ask for full payment at the time of your visit. After your appointment, we are happy to submit your claim to most dental insurance companies, and they will reimburse you for the amount they cover. We are unable to submit claims to Medicare or Medicaid, or submit to medical insurance.
Payments and Financing
If your visit is not covered, we have several other financing options available. For direct payments, we accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also offer CareCredit for those who need additional help paying for their treatment. We would be happy to explain our financing options and help you apply to CareCredit if needed.
